I'm a therapist, so I get to hear incredible stories and help people in their way.

but I'm helping them to help themselves.

So I'm not making myself, you follow me and I'll tell you how to get fixed.

I'm teaching them the techniques and strategies that worked for me and that has worked with other clients.

And there's reason to be hopeful and grateful, but we need to have strategy.
