We make these adjustments for things that the customer chooses to explicitly share.
We prefer that because some people might not want this memory.
It's more like a thing about customer control.
I think it's not about inferring and trying to guess, it's about giving people the chance and the control to share what's useful for the assistant to know so that they can have better experience with it.
There are experts on every domain.
I think we rely a lot on testers, right?
Testers are most important to us.
So, for example, the speech science team is mostly based in Europe, but we have a global team that understand nuances of different accents, different locations, all the different languages we need.
And when we're getting tickets saying, for example, we're not in early access yet in Australia, we will be coming soon.
But in France or in Canada, they're saying, this didn't feel right to me.
This felt more like an American kind of thing.
This felt more like a Canadian French thing.
And that really helps us to understand.
So actually, it's also those early access customers that help us learn what makes a great experience.
And then we're going to use that to make it an even better experience for people.
