Absolutely, yeah.

As a tourism officer, I'll be certainly working closely with the businesses here in the Geopark and the communities to promote tourism.

It's just important to say that the ethos of a geopark is to focus on sustainable tourism or slow tourism.

So yeah, that's very much the ethos.

We want visitors to come and to slow down, feel unrushed and to really enjoy the heritage and the culture that we have to offer here.

yeah absolutely i was in london for just over 20 years so i moved back to the area you know to join this amazing project this amazing initiative the geopark so absolutely that's that's a key key reason why i've moved back and of course i'm from the area as well it's it's a beautiful place to live so i'm blessed really yeah it's a lovely celebration here today fantastic great turnout a bit of coal and crack and the park run

Yeah, people are really enjoying it.

Of course, the weather is fantastic as well, so a great atmosphere.

We're very proud, very proud.
