She started practicing being blind.
She started keeping her eyes closed.
This is a 12-year-old.
taking a cane and starting trying to find her way as a blind person, she'd see perfectly well.
She was providing against the future.
You're not going to provide against death, so just get over it and keep pushing through like you can see, because you can.
Right, at a reasonable point where there is a competition, not where you're pre-defeated.
