so I think we made some adjustments offensively and I think it's because of that we watched this Ted talk that he showed us and it was about adversity and the whole quote was it can buy you a ticket to a place you couldn't have been without it if you use it the right way let it fuel you and you learn from it and all that I think that's what he did you hit rock bottom and you know at this point okay I have to change if I don't change now if you lose in a sweet 16 you probably just run it back
