Right, like literally no training. He had lifted weights, done no cardio, anything like that. And you ran, what was your minute average? it was 10, 10, like runs a 10 minute average across 13 miles. Like, dude, I'm not sure I could even run a 10 minute one mile right now. That's incredible.
