Like it's so easy to get frustrated with the airlines because their customer service is so bad. Like if any other business put their customers down. Through what airlines put put their flyers through like they would just not stick in business.

Our lady, she said she got to the airport at 10 and she didn't start getting paid till 4 p.m. And that's when we shut the doors.
