If people write down their thoughts and it can be, sometimes I don't know what the hell I'm going to write. The pen is just on paper and it's gibberish. Then all of a sudden sentences flow. And I'm like, wow, that was really insightful. That was okay. And then I keep going maybe on that. But whatever your religion is, whatever your faith, I just think lean into that.

Well, that's also why I wish people like with social media, they realized so many of these people that are saying something, not that we want them to go through that experience, but they just, they don't know about your journey. And, but you're, what's the quote? Like, why would you take advice, no, why would you take criticism from someone you would never take advice from?
