Especially at the college level, there's never been anything like this.

Luckily, President Luke Wood came in hot with a passion for boxing, a passion for mixed martial arts.

My gym, as you guys will see later, is like...

literally right across the street from the university.

You can walk on campus.

And he was like, you know, there's already a relationship here.

There's people that are coming from all over the US, all over the world to Sacramento to be a part of my gym.

And a couple of the students reached out to him.
