A Bolivian judge has issued an arrest warrant for the former president, Ivo Morales, after he failed to appear in court over a case alleging he sexually abused a teenage girl. Morales, who's 65, is alleged to have had a child with the teenager in 2016, which would have constituted statutory rape under the country's law. Mr Morales has always denied the allegations.
