On January 11, 2019, Craig McLachlan was charged separately with indecent assault and common assault for allegations made against him by C1, charges he strenuously denied.
C1 alleged that Craig indecently assaulted her whilst on stage and performing in the bed scene in front of over 1,000 people during the Rocky Horror Show of 2014 in Melbourne.
C2 continued a friendship with Craig post-Rocky Horror Show 2014.
When she felt a touch, she didn't actually see Craig touch her, but she just knew it was his finger.
C1 did not ever make a complaint of sexual harassment or assault to management or producers of the Rocky Horror Show.
There was a crucial witness to this scene who was not called by the Victorian Police.
So how did Craig McLachlan plead to these charges?
