Could it have been that after viewing the archival footage, it was crystal clear that the moment she had described as being where an assault had occurred, the moment when Craig disappeared after the words, where he was to kiss her shoulder, not neck, and down her back and shoulder, not her arm, her direction was such that she had already turned away from Craig.

She had turned away from him before he crouched down out of sight below the covers, making access to the front of her body impossible.

Secondly, her hands were not resting on the bedsheets in this moment.

In fact, they were never directed to be resting on the bed sheet in this moment or any moment when Craig was out of sight of the audience.

Nor was he crouched down in front of her as she claimed.

He was never directed to be crouched down in front of her whilst in close proximity of her at any stage of that scene.

To be clear, she was standing in profile to the audience.

Her left arm was bent over the covers, effectively making any sort of contact to the front of her body an impossibility possible.

But back in 2018, in her TV interview, this is what she said.

In this excerpt, it is clear that in this moment she describes the kissing down the breasts and stomach, this occurs before she turns away, but she got it oh so wrong.

So let's go to Craig's description of the bed scene and the first time he disappears from view.

Craig's barrister then asked if at the time his hands were free.

C1 chose the only other moment of the bed scene where Craig disappears out of sight.

The second moment Craig disappears from view has now become the scene of the crime, a part of the scene that has never been mentioned or referenced before.

For this is the only other time Craig is ever out of view while she's still seen by the audience.

She also gave evidence that she felt something touch her towards the end of the scene, after Frank says, Brad's probably asleep by now.

Which further defines this moment as being where the alleged assault occurred.
