For C1 claimed Craig had kissed down her body and breasts during the scene on at least 20 occasions.
The reporter's initial email to Craig back in January 2018 was that Craig had allegedly assaulted a cast member on stage by kissing her breasts.
Note well, in court, not a single witness gave evidence that Craig had kissed their breasts.
But I have to ask, how could Craig have done this if her back was facing him in this moment, as was proven in the court, as was agreed upon by C1?
The original articles featuring allegations against Craig also suggested that the bed scene had become protracted and that Craig had added minutes onto the show's running time.
This scene did become longer in its running time throughout the tour, but not because of any untoward and rogue behaviour by Craig whilst he was out of view under the covers, as was insinuated by the press and certain cast members.
The scene grew because the audience members couldn't get enough of it.
Craig would add lib and give back anything the audience offered up.
He stretched particular moments with extra physical comic humour and with quick-witted quips and responses.
But the direction did not change.
The blocking did not change.
And as C1 herself said, the scene did not change.
And make no mistake, this extra schtick that took place was when Craig was in sight of the audience, not hidden under the covers.
As breaking the fourth wall and improvising is a key requirement in portraying the role of Frank, it seems that Craig made the most of it, whilst the audience were looking at him.
Was this a deliberate and focused misrepresentation of the scene by journalists and by C1 to make it look as though Craig was a rogue egomaniac doing whatever he wanted, when he wanted, whilst out of sight?
Again, I ask why the police didn't try to access the archival footage to ascertain whether the direction of the show could have allowed for such an assault to occur.
Let's continue with prosecution witnesses.
Further evidence was given by various members of the cast and team of the Rocky Horror Show of 2014 that validated Craig's evidence that C-1's back was faced towards him at the moment of the scene where he first disappears from sight.
In court, Craig was asked about a claim that C1 had made, that he had spoken the words, your little slit, in reference to her genitalia at a time approximate to the allegation of the touch.
He was asked about the first time that expression or anything akin to that expression was used.
