So why hasn't this judgment been cherry-picked and made public?

Why has this been left out of the Craig McLachlan story?

Why weren't journalists interested in this ruling?

Why was the cold hard fact that C3 had been bullied by her castmate, the very woman she aligned herself with to make serious allegations against Craig, never published?

Why didn't C3 tell the journalists that it wasn't Craig McLachlan who was the bully?

Was it because the press and police needed as many people as possible to make this bullying allegation stick?

Was it because the narrative had been set?

It seemed that C3, in not revealing her experience of bullying, was quite happy to let the blame fall on Craig.

And further questions to consider are, should Craig McLachlan have been charged with a kiss, the police and prosecutors labelled as indecent assault, when at no time did C3 suggest it was anything but a gentle and brief closed-mouth kiss?

In the theatre, where kissing and hugging was common practice in the backstage culture.

In June 2019, not content with this charge, the DPP added an extra component using the description that he had straddled his groin and making that into another separate charge.

So now there were two separate charges.

You may think I've made an error in reading this charge out loud, but this is what the original charge sheet read.

On top of that, they also added two alternative charges of common assault to each of the now two charges, making the initial singular charge into four separate charges.

The charges were now the following.
