What's it like coming to a club and what's it like for players, you know, in the January window?

It's quite frightening, I guess.

Yeah, I always think it's kind of a bit unnerving though as a player.

You might lose your key player in the window, you might gain a player that knocks you out, you know, and it's right in the middle of your season.
