I think that that's going to do a lot to highlight the issues with the system.
But I was talking to him just before I came on with you this morning.
I can share a little preview of what he said.
You know, we need a huge system overhaul in terms of supporting...
people into work, not just managing economic activity.
And if more jobs do disappear from the market, I think that the welfare system is going to be hit with a tidal wave that's just not prepared for.
And as we saw after 2008, it will be the youngest who are impacted the most.
I mean, I graduated in 2010.
So I remember graduating into a jobs market in
where suddenly all the jobs we'd been told we were working towards had disappeared.
It's not beyond the realm of possibility that we're about to see that again.
And, you know, the trip listeners know that and they're worried about it.
But what is the solution?

In terms of why I was really interested in this topic, off the back of our last report, I think one of the key things that came up is there was a lot of nihilism among young people about their future and work was a big part of that.
Not having the confidence to believe that like they can do what they want to do and go into the industries that they want to go in.
