I don't understand how the argument the Democrats, it's almost like they're saying a federal employee is not subject to any of the conditions, risk, any of the real world that all of you are out there. What are they going to tell some farmer who's out there farming wheat or corn? He has no idea or she has no idea what they're going to have any money at the end of the year period.
