We don't believe that what was so hard about spending 2% of your GDP on defense. You all promised in 2014 you were going to do it. And you still got 10 or 11, 9, 10, 11 countries that won't do it. And you want to be in NATO. And then you get mad when Donald Trump bullies you. What if the United States did not meet its 2%? What would happen to you people if that happened?
