A federal appeals court has ruled that Tufts University graduate student Ramesa Ozturk must be moved from a Louisiana detention center to a Vermont one where her case is unfolding. Ozturk's lawyers say her arrest in March was in retaliation for co-writing a pro-Palestinian opinion piece for a student newspaper. She has not been charged with any crimes.
