Both units have got a little backyard.
We used the Victorian First Home Super Saver Scheme or whatever it was called.
Yeah, that was a similar sort of one.
I don't think it was actually that one, but there was something similar.
Yeah.

But, yeah, there was something similar through the bank so we used that and the government or, you know, so-called the government had a percentage in my house and I was like, hang on, that doesn't sit right with me.
If I sell this tomorrow and make a million dollars, I mean, hopefully, but I don't want them to take a percentage of that because that obviously means that their percentage is now higher.
So I was like, no, it gets tough.
So I worked hard to pay them off.
Honestly fair.
So yeah, I worked hard to obviously put a little bit more into that.
And then since finishing uni, really hustled and like put aside extra money into an offset account so that I could then pay out the government, I suppose you'd say.
Yeah.
So that got you in the door.
Yeah, absolutely.
And without that, I probably wouldn't have got started.
So I actually had it valued last week.
And so last week it was valued at 553.
I think while I was at uni, that was definitely very stressful because the interest rates only seemed to go up.
