How beautiful though, to have that opportunity to sell that and then move into something else and probably not have that much of a mortgage on it.

Well, if you talked to a good mortgage broker, you could probably organize the finance on that, especially because I can tell from the background, you've got some good equity in the property that you currently own.

I know they're very much a wants, they're very... No, but that's lifestyle and it's about enjoying the journey, not just the destination.
