And I talk to a lot of obviously first home buyers and next home buyers and there seems to be this mental block around a million dollars because all of us, especially those that are buying houses at the moment, and we know, like I think everybody knows, that the average price of a house in Melbourne and Sydney is currently a million dollars.
You don't live in either of those places so it's usually a bit less.

When I was little, a million dollar house, that was crazy mansion.
