I think these businesses combined would be great together.
And they kind of give their blessing to shareholders to accept it.
Whereas this is very hostile.
This is like, what the fuck?
GameStop is a $12 billion company and eBay is a $45 billion company.
Yeah, it's like the corner dairy trying to buy the supermarket.
They'd be like, um.
But it can happen, right?
So like they are offering to pay eBay shareholders nearly 50% higher than what the share price is right now.
So if you were sitting there as an eBay shareholder, you're probably like, you know what?
