And I think in this world, we live in very sort of challenging and distressing times.
So having connection and feeling fulfilled, I think, are really important.
We have to kind of focus on what we can do, the small things for ourselves.
So is it about pushing through discomfort, really?
That's it.
That's it.
Like removing those things that can be overcome.
And actually, when we overcome one challenge and the way we feel and the resilience that we build and the confidence we build, it's very transferable into other areas of our lives.
So you might be taking up a new sport, a new hobby or something like that, but it could translate into how we feel at work and how we feel in our everyday lives and our relationships.
So it's a very kind of transferable thing that kind of builds that
That feeling that we can take on anything.
You know, I've done that.
So why can't I do this?
So it's just not holding back where we don't need to.
