We just need simple majorities in the Senate to do it. Beyond that, pocket rescissions, the spending cuts of pocket rescissions. I gave you a bit of a basic rundown of how these work yesterday, but I'll reemphasize here. that this 45-day window that the president has, the second he sends over these rescission requests, he sent it over yesterday. It started at 45-day clock.
