I ended up eating the whole thing and my plate of what they call them.

Texas fries, Texas toothpicks, deep fried Anaheim peppers.

Yeah, these were just Anaheim peppers sliced thin, deep fried.

I dipped them in ranch.

They were delicious.

Mm-hmm.

Yeah.

Then next day, I just RO'd the event.

It was much colder and it was windy as could be in the afternoon.

In fact, I parked my van facing into the wind, put on all my warm stuff and like, here guys, I'll make sure the tablet that we put the scores in on stays nice and warm.

And so I sat in the back of my van for the first three hours just taking scores and all that nonsense.

And then they brought us lunch and like, okay, I need to give this other guy a spell.

So I started running people through the stage and I got out there for the first time and that wind hit me in the face.

And I'm like, I can't see because my eyes are dried out and starting to water.

And I'm like...

This is terrible.

How do you like, I'm trying to call hits and I can't see.

So I'm just listening like for the, to hear steel ring, like hit, dink, hit, like trying to clear my eyes.

It was, it was, it was kind of bad.

It, it, it was like 35 degrees with a 35 mile an hour, North East, Northwest wind.
