These people are pouring into our country illegally, breaking our laws, and then as a reward, they get to have US citizen children.

Additionally, it also gives access to the illegal aliens who have these babies.

It gives them access to America's welfare programs.

Right now, an illegal alien is technically under the law, forbidden from getting access to welfare in the United States.

You're not allowed to go on food stamps or something.

If you're an illegal alien who just pours across our border, that's illegal.

But here's the gigantic Mack truck size loophole.

If you have a child, then they're entitled to it.

They're entitled to welfare because now our country has made them an American citizen.

So what ends up happening is the kid gets welfare benefits and all of that welfare flows to the illegal alien parents.

That's how that works.

In addition to a bunch of other social services that you and I are paying for, including emergency rooms and things for illegal aliens in our country.

It is a totally demented and broken system by design.

This is what the left wants.

And so it's useful if we just go back in history a little bit.

I told you about the 13th and 14th and 15th amendments, what they were for in the first place, why they were drafted, why we have them.

But in case you're wondering, what you're gonna hear today in the oral arguments at the United States Supreme Court, this all revolves around the fact that the president of the United States put out an executive order clarifying that this is insane, that this shouldn't work this way, and that the 14th Amendment was very explicit about

who we considered to be a U.S.

citizen.

And it's not illegal aliens.
