pleasant demeanor towards Governor Walz as somehow being weak or thinking that Tim Walz is really pulling the wool over his eyes or anything like that.
President Trump does this all the time.
He goes back and forth in his public presentation about the way he's dealing with people in tough negotiations.
He's done this with people like Kim Jong-un.
He's done it with Vladimir Putin.
He's done it with Vladimir Zelensky.
He does it with everybody.
And so just because he's indicating in public some sort of warm feeling about somebody who's been nothing but a nightmare to the country, that's Tim Walz, doesn't mean that President Trump is under some false illusion that Tim Walz is suddenly some great compatriot who's going to work with him to clean up the country.
That's President Trump trying to kill him with kindness and trying to figure out a way to navigate forward for the people of Minnesota who are, of course, American citizens.
Well, except for the ones who are here illegally.
The president also indicated that he had a phone call with Mayor Jacob Frye yesterday, and he said the following about that.
He said, I had a very good telephone conversation with Jacob Frye, the soy boy mayor of Minneapolis.
