And let's see, this is after President Trump spoke to the Minnesota Democrat leaders, they finally deployed these cops to protect the feds.

Other police action could include the use of chemical agents and the use of sound control tactics or less lethal devices.

So that's local Minnesota cops, Minnesota State Patrol warning the crowd that they're about to use riot dispersal techniques.

The guy who was working the bullhorn there sounded like the stage manager at a Broadway show.
