Tom Holman told all these guys, you want us to draw down?
You want our agents to leave?
We will under one condition.
You make us unnecessary.
If you work with us, if you send us your bad guys when you get them into custody in these jails, we're not going to need all these people in Minnesota.
We can draw down because we don't need huge teams of people to pick up bad guys in our country.
So you want us to leave?
