so in other words when the government makes a lease uh allows a lease for somebody to drill that oil we get money back from the lease and that money can be used to pay down our debt i mean how much how much more of that could we be doing because i know this audience i certainly care we've got 38 trillion dollars in debt is it possible that we can really attack it through expanding more energy exploration
