If you go back in time in terms of the way the president has conducted this business in the past, let me show you something.

You remember back in 2017?

President Trump was dealing with an out of control North Korea and Kim Jong-un.

And the Kim Jong-un kept threatening to like destroy America.

And it was just getting really belligerent and out of control.

And he was doing this nuclear missile testing, firing in the direction of the Hawaiian islands.

There was a lot going on.

And the president took time out of an opioid meeting, an opioid meeting,

to send a message to North Korea.

And here's the message he sent at the time.
