Yeah, I've noticed something.

Well, it's a keen ears, but I don't want to like bleed in.

Anyway, so I found it kind of funny.

So there's a lot of talk right now in Victoria for the capital gains tax changes and the negative gearing changes for home ownership.

Now, a lot of people that own homes are really pissed off because there's a chance housing price might drop.

uh but the people that are most angry are probably the higher earners the really really uh the people that have multiple homes or they potentially flip homes for uh for benefit like investment yeah like a lot of their investments like dave hughes losing his mind which a lot of people have actually finally seen dave who's fucking insane oh yeah this is fucking bullshit

But no, what I was saying with Husey is quite, you had a good joke the other day.

It's like, how annoying would it be if like, you just, you see Dave, he's like, Hey Dave, how you going?

And then he goes, um,

Oh, what's going on with you?

Oh, I've actually just like, I've got to get a new car, but I don't have enough money for a car.

And then you just see him going live on a real 10 minutes away.

I met this bloke the other day and he was saying, I can't even afford to fill up my car.

An anecdotal dude that we have no way of proving.
