So, like, I can go up and do a marathon and do a time, back up to training.
There's people in my training group that would annihilate that time.
Like, Hugh Armstrong is in my group.
He'd done 213 and a marathon there about two weeks ago.
that's the caliber of athletes around you like that's you know you can do the race and you can enjoy the moment but it's back to work like you can show up to training on a tuesday and thursday when we group and whether you do a pb or there's no congratulations it's straight back to work yeah that's it yeah like there's no well done great walk and just get back in the train and what's the next pb so
I've done 227 in Valencia so I'm going for 225 in Cork now in two weeks hence all the miles and stuff Cork is tough it's hilly it's not as hilly as Dublin but it's hilly but that's the plan 225 anyway yeah
Valencia was my first abroad.
And I couldn't believe the difference in the course.
Compared to Dublin, like I've been breaking my neck in Dublin for five years, like going at that marathon, you know, and full of hills and drags and going to Valencia, it was like a snooker, it was like running around a snooker table.
