I remember when I was going into my senior year in high school, and I was like 15 years old, and she wouldn't let me go visit a friend's house or whatever. I asked her to do something that seemed quite harmless, and she said no. And here was my big clap back. I said, oh, it's okay. Next year I'll be in college, and I can do anything I want. when I had the old family car and they had an old Lincoln Continental, something like that, and they were gonna follow me to college. It's like a four-hour drive. And I thought, well, they don't need to follow me to college, but all right. And I just remember as soon as we hit the 101 freeway, I gunned it. I lost them on the freeway. So that was sort of like my final act of rebellion.
