I mean, like I said, we're, we're down to, we're down into the teens.

So it, so that's something you have to worry about, uh, down here too.

But, uh, since I've got a, uh, basement that actually runs the full length of my house and all the pipes are under the first floor floorboards, um,

I really don't have to worry about it because my basement doesn't get that cold.

Yeah, a couple of the rooms in our basement are...

finished off and air conditioned, like the one I'm in right now, but a good chunk of it isn't finished and doesn't have any vents to it.

But even then, just it being enclosed and surrounded by rooms that are temperature controlled, it does a pretty good job.

But a lot of houses around here just have crawl spaces and

yeah i mean that aren't enclosed at all and just the yeah those well i remember i remember going down to florida people being like a basement what are you talking about you can't you can't have a basement in florida because yeah it's banned and you go down a foot and you hit the water table you set up the tent in the backyard and you put the tent stakes down and water starts shooting up through the holes

Yeah, and it's kind of like, you know, my family in Michigan, where Michigan, not only do you have...

a basement, but a lot of times the basement is the man cave with, like, an actual bar with bar stools.

Exactly.

Or an old 1960s bomb shelter.

But yeah, and down here...

Not many places have basements just because you go a foot down and you're hitting bedrock.

And so they usually don't build basements just because it's so expensive to do.

So I was actually out of town for work pretty much.
