Um, so I like to talk about that a lot, don't I?
Because I can tell.
I can just tell when people are journaling and when they're not.
There is just this air.
There's just this tone.
There's just this aura almost over the phone or over Skype.
You can just tell because of the insight.
Because when you've been journaling, or rather, when you've been resisting it and you've journaled, how much better have you felt?
No, that's great.
I mean, it's been lovely to watch the growth in you.
And I think when you've been unwell and you've had the things that have happened for you, you know, emotionally and family and work and things,
even more do you need the support to kind of just hold the space and hold the place as you're moving through.
Because it is, it takes a bit of, you know, mental willpower and determination just to keep going when you feel like giving up.
And that's what I, what I like to pride myself on these programs is kind of being there like the cheerleader on the sidelines going, don't dare give up on yourself.
You know, I've been there, you got to keep going.
So, yes, I was going to say, what would you say?
Obviously, there will be some women who finished and they are about to finish the foundation program.
