And thank goodness you only needed, you only had the two before you reached out and now you've broken that cycle because again, what's so lovely for me to hear is that you have this relationship now with your body where you understand, you know, and again, if we were to pick up again, I know I could get that ovulation pain gone.
And the power that you have over your own body.
And that was my thing.
I didn't know I had that power over my body.
I didn't know it was possible.
And it's such a joy for me to speak with students like yourself who really get it, really understand the power
that we have of what comes in on and around our body.
And I'm sure there's women listening to this going, oh, well, I'll just buy the book and do it myself.
What would you say to these women?
Because I know there's women who've read my book and they're like, oh, I'll just try it myself.
Cause we're all, I think we're all very similar women.
You know, we all care about other people.
We don't like investing in ourselves.
We don't like to draw too much attention to ourselves.
And then, but women have come to me and said, why did I waste another year in pain?
And I think that's it.
I think women with endometriosis have had to suffer on their own for so long anyway, feeling isolated and alone and in pain.
It's the most, it's, I think that's the thing what a lot of women really, and I know I struggled with, you know, I was bedridden for three years.
I'm so isolated and alone and so depressed and questioning whether or not I could even carry on or all that kind of stuff.
