and things is such an important part of the journey as well.
I wouldn't be where I am today without your help that's all it's really all I can say so thank you very much oh it's awesome and even to see you develop into your painting and and and other areas of your life there's the growth in you and that that sort of development and just belief in yourself of what's possible because I think what once you've said it once you get this understanding of your body you think oh right I've got this new relationship with my body whereas before
when you're in pain, you just want to escape this thing that you're living in.
So overwhelming.
Cause I think that's, that's the thing, isn't it?
I think when, if, as people are listening to this, if they're listening to, and I've had emails from people who are listening to the podcast and saying, you know, it's kind of just, it's like a little spot of light at the end of a dark tunnel and,
And I, it's that, you know, if you're listening to this and you're like, oh, it worked for Stacey and it worked for Wendy, but it might not work for me.
Well, you've got to take that action.
You've got to take that first step.
You've got to kind of like, you know, have faith in your body's amazing ability to heal itself because the power that you have is beyond what anyone ever imagined.
has ever told you i think we give up that power because we're conditioned to do so we go to a doctor we go to a stranger in a white coat and we give over our body and we say help us and we do it so trustingly because invariably we're nice people and we think oh they know our bodies better than us but we've not been taught how to listen to our body
And then before we know it, our bodies are getting sicker and worse, more pain.
And then we're being accused of being a hypochondriac and we're being accused of, oh, it's all in our head and she's making it up.
As you're like, yes, I know.
When I was a little girl, I decided that I wanted, my dream was to be bedridden all day.
and have isolation, depression, and be in it.
It's not a little girl's dream.
