I am here with Candice who has just completed the heel endometriosis naturally
um advanced program with me hi candice hi thank you for having me yeah well thank you again for coming to speak to me um i know you spoke to me um a couple of months ago when you did the foundation program but i'm so pleased you've come back to chat to me again so i can have a have a wee chat with you about how you have found um the advanced program but for for anyone um who's just watching this for the first time you know you've been through the 12-week foundation program
And, um, some people I think obviously expect that to, you know, to help them and it does help some women, but how did you find the foundation program and why then did you feel the need to, um, progress into the 10 week advanced program?
Yeah, absolutely.
And so in the advanced, we go into a lot more detailed and we go much sort of through deeper levels, really kind of build on the foundations that are there.
So, you know, we talk about the, as you say, the other toxins that are in the environment and your workplace, you know, from your cell phones and things like that.
And then of course,
the big one, the toxic people.
So, so how did you, you know, you mentioned the emotional component and for anyone that might feel a little bit freaked out by that, how, how, what would you say to reassure them how the program addresses those aspects?
Well, that's good.
And you mentioned Voxer there.
So explain to people who don't know what Voxer is, what is it and how did you find that as a supportive tool?
stay focused in the in the program so i i loved it oh good i'm so glad because i i love it too and um and i think as you say it's it's a great way because we live in such a fast-paced society but to remember to write down something to then email about it later just it's far too much mental effort to
Whereas you could just Voxer and then you can just hopefully get a response back as well.
And I think, you know, again, the Voxer system and things like that helps keep you accountable when you're moving through the program because everybody does hit walls every now and again and everybody does get a bit despondent and exhausted and tired and a bit kind of, oh, this is not going to work for me and overwhelmed.
So these tools are the types of tools that you can use to reach out to get the support
that you need when you're going through it.
That's right, because there's a lot of changes to be made and they're really essential and really important.
But when you're trying to make these whilst living your daily life, it can sometimes feel a bit difficult.
And that's where the support is key, isn't it?
