And doctors think that this wild combination of giving fellatio, swallowing the sperm and the fight might have led to this pregnancy.

So the first thing we need is some way for the sperm to get to the egg.

And normally, the sperm has a pretty direct route through the vagina, sneak your way up the cervix, yada, yada, yada, basically home free.

But in this case, when she swallowed the sperm, it would have been stuck in her stomach.
