And now we do have that being used, of course, right?
But it took almost a decade, right?
We didn't have Netflix.
We didn't have YouTube.
We didn't have TikTok.
We didn't have any of those things that fill up all that fiber usage now.
Today is very different.
So the uses, like, you know, we saw how the adoption rate of ChatGPT, we've seen the adoption rate of Claude.
We've seen all of these things.
When I turn over a data center to my customer, it's 100 percent used day one.
They've seen all of the talk about we're short compute capacity and we need more compute.
That's absolutely true.
The revenue ramps on these companies, I mean, Claude, OpenAI, they're headed towards $100 billion of annual revenue.
We've never seen anything like this.
The adoption curve that we saw for the Internet was a curve.
and then this one is just like a straight up line like it's it's nothing we've ever seen before revenue user adoption all of those pieces and the fact that our data centers are used 100 we didn't build it and then go okay let's hopefully we get utilization we're contracted it's being used
You know, the bubble talk, it's funny to me.
So like back in October, November, December of last year, every conversation I had was like bubble, bubble, bubble.
And then that conversation shifted this year, you know, where it's been more like, what job does AI kill next?
What company does AI kill next?
