Everyone back home is watching on TV and even the other horses are rounding each other up to watch.

They don't want to miss it.

But bad news at the track.

It's been ruled that TJ cannot use his trademark headphones in the race.

It's a serious setback.

And Machado is furious.

And guess who filed the original complaint?

That's right, that's Garrus.

So now they must decide if it's still worth racing.

Machado asks Corey, who in turn asks Thunder Jam.

The horse says they've worked too hard and they've come too far to quit.

In turn, Corey announces, let's ride.

They have some strategy talk about Cyclone and his dirty nature, and then they make their way to the starting gate.

Machado and Garrus have a little of their signature trash talk, but more than anything, everyone's ready for the big race.

Cyclone tells Corey and Thunder Jam they're going down just as the flag goes up, and they are off.

Thunder Jam has some trouble out of the gate and now is in last place.

Cyclone is the lead and things look pretty dismal for TJ, but then Bee Moody has an idea.

He rushes the Discman to the PA announcer and blasts the song over the loudspeaker.

The crowd goes wild and Thunder Jam feeds off the energy.

The terrible song is the motivation he needed.
