Every time I open my eyes in the morning, the first thing I hear is a song. Good morning, good morning. Na-na-na-na-na-na-na, good. And I go, ah! And the bed magically moves and makes itself. It is a magical world to live in. I then walk my dog while listening to podcasts or something I'll enjoy for a good 45 minutes to an hour.

And then I come back and I do my better me for a half hour, which is my workout. And then I do 45 minutes to an hour of cardio of either running or the elliptical. I then take a nice long shower while reading my book. After you've already walked? Yeah. You've walked, done calisthenics, and then cardio? The walk is mostly for the dog.

By noon, so my goal, and I hit it, is by noon every day I have at least 11,000 steps.
