He's awesome in this role.

So yeah, I mean, there was a lot of very, the woman who played the mom, we'll get into that.

A lot of the cast, very good.

Some of the story, no sense at all.

Cadet Kelly was directed by Larry Shaw.

He is a veteran TV director with credits on 21 Jump Street.

Great show.

Parker Lewis Can't Lose, another great show and an important TV show for this movie, Disney Channel's Lizzie McGuire.

He was also an executive producer and director of the smash hit Desperate Housewives.

And the movie stars a Disney Channel homegrown superstar, Hilary Duff.

She plays Cadet Kelly, and her big break was the show Lizzie McGuire, a juggernaut for the studio that would eventually become its own DCOM, a movie we already recapped where I was like, oh, so the whole show is about her being a pop star.

And you're like, nope, never sang a note before the movie.
