Right.
So, you know, we're helping startups from the idea stage all the way through the growth stage and having built a ton of startups.
And we'll get into this and spend an inordinate amount of time with founders over the years.
We've learned that a lot of the mistakes entrepreneurs make, a lot of the challenges they run into are all the same.
You know, they can start all different businesses, but more or less, they kind of run into the same challenges.
We basically just built a platform that took them through all those challenges with a combination of education to learn about all this stuff that you wouldn't know about, community where we've got 20,000 mentors that help you answer all the questions you couldn't possibly answer yourself, and then tools.
You get things like business planning tools, fundraising tools, etc.
that help you get over those major hurdles.
We've got a little over a million companies in the platform.
We were bootstrapped, started in 2012.
It's an eight figure business with a little over 200 employees.
In 1994, leading up to what was the beginning of the internet revolution, I was on no track whatsoever to start a business.
I didn't care about business whatsoever.
I was a theater major.
I was an actor, which a lot of people look back at and say, oh man, do you miss acting?
And what they wouldn't know is I wasn't an actor because I was so interested in the theater.
I was an actor because I didn't even get into college.
The only major that would make sense for me because I was so non-academic was theater because how hard could that be to study for theater?
Not knocking people who do, just saying for me, it just didn't seem like maybe the hardest thing to do.
And I was just coasting through college at best because at the time I had two full-time jobs, so coasting being relative, and college just wasn't important to me.
