I will do it, even though it is slightly missing the point of the study.
Yeah, it's really unfair, the thing I'm about to tell you, because the countries really don't differ in really dramatic ways.
Sometimes it's like a decimal point or two.
Like I said, there's narcissists everywhere.
But one thing we found is that I think the highest narcissistic countries were places like Germany, China, South Korea, which have large economies.
But then like Iraq and Nepal are in there as well.
And it depends a little bit on which type of narcissism you're looking at.
So sometimes you just want to be admired as this great, smart, attractive person.
And that's a little bit different than other types.
You said earlier that it's a kind of interesting message to say that every country and person and society kind of struggles with this a little bit.
So, yeah, the things I take away are twofold.
One is that a little bit of narcissism is probably adaptive in some circumstances.
And sometimes that's a controversial statement.
Like, you need a little irrational confidence.
And then the other one I would say is that people kind of differ and change in really similar ways.
And that was another surprising thing.
So if you're young and people label you as full of narcissism, the truth is if you wait, you'll probably, you know, decline narcissism across lifespan.
So that's one takeaway, too, is that maybe life experiences also affect us in similar ways across cultures.
The twist is going to open a Pandora's box.
