Now, I'm saying that both generally and very intentionally when I say look people in the eye. If you're if you're younger right now, if you're Gen Z and you're listening to this, the number one complaint recruiters at companies have with the interviews that Gen Z is giving them is that Gen Z doesn't look them in the eye. Isn't that interesting? They just don't look up. We've got seven kids.
