And then I go to pull my silent capture spring out of it and set the silent capture spring down on the table on the, the cleaning mat, at which point the little end piece, the end cap on the, the, so the way the silent capture spring works, it's got the, the weight and they slide with the spring to absorb the, the,

inertia of the shot being fired.

Well, there's an end cap that goes way down at the end of your buffer tube, like right up where your shoulder would be.

And that little end plate snapped, shot my spring across the room.

I set it down on the cleaning pad and then about two seconds later, it just snaps and spring goes right across the room.

I was like, what the fuck just happened?

So they get the little nipple that you push down.

No, you take that out with the silent capture spring.

So it doesn't happen anymore.
