But on the plus side, I did find the stock spring and stock buffer from that rifle that I pulled out of there many years ago in my cleaning kit.

And I was like, oh, I'm glad I hang on to stuff.

Put that back in there.

I have no idea if it's going to run with that spring or the buffer.

There was a reason I replaced it, and I don't remember the reason.

I mean, nobody likes sproing, but to be fair, not all of us are like Sam who grew up with AK and then had sproing introduced to us artificially later.
